Hey I am Josh! I am 22 and a qualified BEng Civil Engineer. I work at SiVEST Pretoria while studying my honours part-time and I also tutor on the side as well. I have excelled throughout my school and university career thus far and I hope to help others do the same by imparting the knowledge and keys to success that I have acquired. I have a particular passion for maths and science and have kept my engineering study notes and high school study notes to help the students that I tutor, and give them all the help that I can. I am a 27-year-old accountant, living in Pretoria. At school I took Maths, Life Science, Physics and Accounting. After matriculating in 2010 I went to UCT to study a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Accounting. At University i tutored accounting and finance to younger students. I have since been working in different environments performing accounting functions. I am patient, friendly and open-minded. I take a concept-based approach to studying and enforce with repetition and practice. Pick me to be your tutor!

I am first year student who just recently graduated from grade 12 I have knowlegde and experience in certain subjects such as Math's, English, Geography, Engineering graphics design and Afrikaans. I was taught from an IEB school that had a successful pass rate of a 100%. I enjoy teaching Math's to student as I volunteered to teach the subject to under privilege children in Rooiberg as my community service duty. I have understanding of how to progress a child's performance from a 50's to a 70's student. I enjoy spending quality time with children in order to bridge the gap between student and teacher so that I can unlock potential in the child's mind in order for him/her to reach beyond what is imaginable. I focus on basics as they are essential to the overall mark for without foundation you cannot expect to excel in any subject that you are struggling as a student. I am pretty much an optimistic person when it comes to anything and I believe with work and dedication you can unlock beyond your reach.

I am a friendly and positive person, with a good sense of humor but I'm also patient and easygoing when it comes to lessons and explaining content. I love to encourage and help people, especially when it comes to studying, as education is something I'm passionate about. I'm currently an MSc student (2022) at the University of Pretoria, specializing in Science Education. I did my undergraduate degree in BSc Ecology (2018) and my honours degree in Plant Science (2019), and have a love for biology, nature and the outdoors. I am also currently completing my PGCE diploma at Stadio and hope to be a full-time teacher. I had Physical Sciences, Maths, Life Sciences, and Geography as subjects at school, along with English (HL) and Afrikaans (FAL).

I am in my third year at the University of Pretoria and I am studying languages. I am a creative and bubbly person with a kind heart and an abundance of patience. I chose to become a tutor after high school because I enjoyed helping people when they struggled. I saw how people in my class struggled with subjects that I was naturally gifted at and started helping them during class, it made me feel good to make a difference in somebody’s life. Being a sensitive person and growing up shy I know the importance of a teacher being kind rather than being harsh.

Good day Students, I am a young man in his 30's with an honours in Economics. I have taught EMS and economics in high school after my graduation for a period of 6 months. I have passion to transfer knowledge and see other thrive in their studies in life as well.

I have tutored Mathematics and Physical Sciences with Teach Out organisation at UCT for 2 years. It was an incredible experience as were voluntarily tutored students from disadvantaged communities such as Philippi and Khayelitsha in cape Town and I wish to continue with my passion in tutoring. I have also been tutoring with Teachme2 for over 3 years and have always had positive feedback from my students. When I relocated to Pretoria from JHB, my previous student called me and said she has changed about 4 tutors since I left and hasn't found another tutor to successfully replace me. I always aim to go above and beyond just the academics, I also offer career guidance and mentorship to my students free of charge.

I am currently studying towards by Beng Civil Engineering degree at the University of Pretoria. I have a great love for mathematics and would be honoured to work with you through your math problems.
