I am a Spanish and ESL teacher at the North American International School. I have been teaching Spanish since 2010. I have taught in different institutes and schools I have taught students from different cultures, backgrounds, adults and children. I can help you improve your Spanish or to prepare you to write your DELE international Exam. I have been teaching ESL for 4 years from beginners to intermediate phase. I prefer working with children but I can also teach adults improve their language skills. I love languages and I believe that learning a language is fun and interesting.

I am as passionate about stories as I am about making learning fun. I have tutored various grades since 2015 and enjoy helping people master the act of learning. I am 21 years old. I am a 3rd-year Physiotherapy student at the University of Pretoria and I have a passion for helping people. I am fluent in English and Afrikaans. I have been in the academic field for 22 years. I started working as a teaching assistant, student lab assistant, subject tutor and lecturer since 1997. I have a master's degree in information science and currently am pursuing an undergraduate degree in forensic science. I have a keen eye for detail and is highly efficient in organising and presenting information in a user-friendly format so that the student will understand the material better. I have a strong work ethic and believe that a good education is the foundation of our future in the information society. I am innovative in my thinking, patient when teaching and open to new ideas and methods. I believe in making learning fun and inspiring by nurturing curiosity, guide attempts at understanding and to provide an environment for exploration and asking questions. I also believe that everyone has unique and special gifts that can contribute to the building and sustaining of a productive and efficient work force. I love to learn new and exciting things, be able to share those things and to always be curious about the world we live in. I like to read as much as I can about a variety of topics.

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and I moved to South Africa when she was 14 years old. I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Pretoria and I have been teaching Spanish for seven years in private schools such as the British Academy in Pretoria and several Spanish institutes designed for adult students. In addition to teaching I have been a freelance translator and interpreter and I am the owner of my own company, Language Culture and Communication Services (LCCS) in Pretoria. I have taught Spanish to over 200 students from different nationalities such as French, Mandarin, English etc. both children and adults, in groups and on one-on-one basis. I prefer a communicative methodology when teaching and I believe that it is important to use Spanish from the beginning of the training. Spanish is my mother tongue, however I am fluent in English and I have a basic level in French.

My name is Sam and I have studied and trained as an Engineer. I completed my A-Levels in England and achieved A's in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Maths was favourite subject. I have a real skill for explaining complex topics in an easy to understand manner. I have experience of tutoring at university level, including 2nd year design, 1st year dynamics and Critical Thinking. My skill set is Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I want to help high school and A-Level students.

Hello! I love people and I love teaching!! Having not travelled much I love encountering people from all over the world - a love of culture, if you will. I believe no-one is beyond learning and a teacher that recognises that is key. Learning can be challenging and so, finding a teacher that will put in the time to find various ways of explaining a topic is important. I am that teacher!
