My name is Gerrit van Lill. I'm currently advancing my academic knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering at the University of Stellenbosch. I finished matric in the Cambridge Curriculum, at the tender age of 16, Launching off from those qualifications, I went on to further my education in Cambridge, by achieving A levels in 4 months by the age of just 17. Normally, achieving this would take two years. My mind is goal-orientated to realize success in all my undertakings. Before moving to Stellenbosch, I utilized my academic expertise to tutor underprivileged children at my home town in Gauteng. Under my tutelage, they managed to achieve scores ranging in the high nineties. My interests expand from the academic field to include other intellectual fields of art and music. I believe that with my prior successes and experience, I will be able to provide you with a fantastic opportunity to launch your learning experience to a whole new level.

I am a young South African with a level 5 TEFL certification, I am a very compassionate teacher with some experience with pre-school children. My aim is to make every lesson fun and functional for every type of learner with expressive teaching and humor. I have a very clear accent and I really enjoy teaching. Building up the confidence of each student and creating a rapport is very important to me. I am a creative at heart, being a qualified makeup and special effects artist, I enjoy bringing creativity into the classroom to make learning English an experience they will not forget.

I'm currently doing my fourth year at Tshwane university of technology I am a very patient and friendly person who always allows questions to be asked I ensure that everyone understands the context of a topic.

I`m a self-motivated, confident and diligent professional. My background is in earth sciences. I have studied geology, Environmental monitoring and modeling and currently finalizing my Msc in Env Sciences at Wits University. I have over 10yrs working experience as a technical officer in geosciences. My interest are in conducting scientific research related to human interactions with the environment, and how those interactions could drive sustainability. I have undergone training in various fields of business, and science, such in GIS use, Analytics, Large data handling, Leadership, Stakeholder development and engagements, Quality standardization ( ISO 9001), Project Management and Risk Management. Over my working life, i have amassed the requisite technical ability and know-how in dealing with various data collection methodologies and analysis, which I deem to be very useful skills required for one to thrive in any industry. I look forward to starting a journey as a tutor, to impart and absorb knowledge while assisting my students to reach their academic goals.

I am an Accounting Science student with a training contract from PwC. I’ve been labeled as the “memo” and “textbook” for my extensive understanding and grades in Accounting, Mathematics and Economics. I’ve gotten 100% for a couple of tests in Economics. I was selected as the South African Project Manager for an international, UN award-winning project. I am passionate about commerce, current affairs, mathematics and accounting. I was the top achiever for Economics at Pro Arte Alphen Park. I initially started tutoring when classmates and friends would ask me in 2012. I would use the time during school break time and after school to help other learners and students. Students and learners who have worked with me saw a significant improvement in their marks, general understanding and enthusiasm of the subject because I teach with patience and passion. I am a Bcom Accounting student. I went to High School Garsfontein and graduated matric in 2017. I played sports in high school, high jump as well as 1ste team hockey. I love to work with children and to help them develop and grow.

I am a 2nd year medical student at the University of Pretoria. I also have completed a BSc degree in physiology, genetics and psychology cum laude. I am looking to tutor maths, physical sciences, biology or English at a primary or high school level.

I hold a Master of Philosophy in Strategic Management. I work as a Business Analyst / ICT Project Manager and write detailed strategic processes for business development. Further I hold an Honors in Business Management as well as a BCom in Business Management.

I worked as a tutor for Mathematics and Physics at university of venda for 2 years. I also worked as lab assistant in the department of physics at University of South Africa for 2 years and also assisting students with physics assessments.
