Hi there! My name is Sherize, or if you would like to you can call me Charlie. I have a degree in Visual Communication and Design, majoring in Communication Design and Illustration. I call myself a Visual Communicator and I work mostly in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. I do have experience in Photoshop, After Effects, as well as Adobe XD. I am currently furthering my studies by aiming to attain my honours degree in Visual Communication, which will focus on illustration and mental health. I enjoy teaching others about design and also the ins and outs of the Adobe software. I am very patient and want others to succeed, achieve their goals, and become the best or better versions of themselves. I know how difficult it can get when you do not have a good teacher or you fall behind on work or cannot get the hang of new software. Good day, my name is Sohan Singh. I am 22 years old and recently graduated from the University of Johannesburg where I studied a Bcom Finance degree and majored in Accounting, Finance, and Investment Management. Previously I have been tutoring privately. I tutored Grades R, 2 and Grade 8 and 9 Mathematics, English and Afrikaans . Together with that i tutored 1st year Accounting for Unisa students and was employed by the University of Johannesburg to tutor 2nd Year Accounting students. Recently I have been employed by a company called Robertsons Ventilation Industries as a Cost Accountant. I became involved in tutoring when my daughter first experienced learning challenges during her schooling, some 15 years ago. Since then I have tutored both in a private capacity and at home school facilities, and at both the primary and high school levels. My high school subjects include Maths, Maths Lit, Life Science and Geography. For the past 18 months I have been a tutor at a primary school centre for children with a range of learning issues such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and CP. My function has been to provide 1-on-1 tuition to any Grade 4 - 7 child who has required specialized assistance in any subject. I thus have a comprehensive knowledge of the current syllabi in all subjects for these Grades. I have also assisted - but do not have a great deal of experience in - Foundation Phase learning. I identify easily with children and young people, and find that they feel very comfortable with me. It is truly thrilling to be involved in the process of imparting a love of learning to today's youth!
