Mathematics tutors in Gauteng

I have continued with Mathematics all the way up to Post grad as I am currently using it for my project. Online classes are preferred at the moment due to Covid-19 but contact classes can be arranged under strict safety protocols.

I achieved excellent marks in Maths in high school and have since helped children in all grades improve dramatically. Through years of tutoring I have learnt how to best get through to different students and how to explain complex ideas in ways that struggling pupils understand. I have a firm understanding of all of high school maths and have taken univeristy courses.

During lockdown I spent a lot of time helping my little brother with Maths. I realised that a lot of little kids have a negative attitude towards Maths simply because they do not have the fundamentals of the subject down. I think that I can explain these fundamentals in a way that is easy to understand, stress-free and fun.

I have tutored multiple students Mathematics. From grade 4 to grade 11 and each person passed with flying colours. I enjoyed helping them understand topics they struggled with and seeing them improve every time.

I am currently studying towards a science degree so I have had a lot of experience with all things mathematics and science related to quite some extent. I have had three different mathematics modules during my university years alone and I also had mathematics until matric. When I was still at school I also had a mathematics tutor which helped me a lot, and I would like to help other students in the same way too.

I have completed my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and through this acquired the valuable skill of critical thinking and problem solving. I will therefore be able to help you solve any mathematical problem.

I am passionate about numbers. I explain complicated theories easily and I am dedicated to work with the student until they understand. I believe in going the extra mile. If you choose me, I will also provide you with extra material to help you.

I am patient when you don’t understand and will try different methods when you don’t understand. I have previous tutoring experience and flexible hours. I have different books to my dispose. Can tutor in Afrikaans and English.

I have a passion for Mathematics and would love to help my students achieve their goal mark. I have the ability to teach Mathematics in different ways so that my students will be able to understand it.

I am passionate about mathematics and would love to teach younger students that mathematics should not be a subject that stirs up anxiety in them. I passed mathematics with distinction in both matric and University.
