I am a graduate electrical engineer with great passion for success, career development and active learning. I have previous work experiences in electrical engineering and safety engineering. Having completed my postgraduate study last year at University of the Witwatersrand I have decided to tutor younger students and others who needed extra help. I am good at mathematics, general mathematics, information technology and sciences. I have good organisational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, problem solving, project management and negotiating skills. I am proactive, creative, energetic, business oriented and I pay attention to details. I also have good information and communication technology skills.

I excelled at Mathematics in high school where I won the Prize for Mathematics in matric. I have had experience tutoring Mathematics and I am good at breaking down problems and making them easier to understand for people who struggle with Mathematics. I have done AP Mathematics for matric and first year Mathematics at university and so have a thorough grounding in Mathematics from which to work.

Throughout my primary school yers I have never gotten a grade that was lower than a B. I believe I can help learners to grow and understand Mathematics Literacy On a personal lever I enjoy mathematics and I believe that having a tutor who is passionate about what they teach, plays an important role towards the student.

I am a qualified to teach mathematics. Lets prove that math can be easy. There are over 100 methods that can be used till one understands fully a mathematical problem. I have a good track record in the field, and most of my students have always performed above average.

I studied Civil Engineering at University of Pretoria and the main part of engineering is Math and science and I enjoy mathematics alot and I have a passion for understanding and figuringvout complex problems and I would love to help someone understand the ways of maths as it is quite simple once you've got the basics.

I have a vast knowledge of how to apply mathematics to solving simple and complex problems and can explain why it is that each bit of mathematics are the components that you might need if you are building a solutions to a complex problem. I will teach you the basic language of mathematics and once we can speak mathematics fluently you can teach yourself anything.

I am qualified to teach Grade 5-9 Mathematics. I find myself to be very knowledgeable and can offer alternative methods when required. I love teaching Math and seeing the learners understand the work better from when they first walked in.

I was in the top 1% of IEB students for Mathematics in 2018 and have excelled at Maths at university level as well. I have also tutored Maths to 100s of university students on behalf of my university due to me excelling in my Maths modules. I have a passion for Maths and enjoy tutoring it and assisting students in helping understand it. When I started highschool I found that my mathematical skills were underdeveloped and so I believe I will be able to relate to any student wanting to improve their marks.

I think that the best way to understand mathematics is to begin slowly, and use a step-by-step approach with each concept and then enforce the understanding with practice examples. I believe that I can help you use this approach and assist you in any part of this process with the aim of giving you a full and comprehensive understanding of mathematics.

I passed maths in GR-12 with 78% and related best performer award given to recognise my hard work @High school 2005. I passed both Calculus, Calculus & linear algebra during my BSc undergraduate degree in 2007. I also personally taught extra-class in both Calculus and linear algebra in 2008-2009 to help student pass it as they battled in to graduate then. I specialized with maths also in my PGCE at Unisa.
