English is one of the major primary languages worldwide. It is essential to grasp the fundamentals at an early age as it will help create a solid foundation not only for English as a language, but as a footer for all the basics in education.

English is my major. It is my home language and I am fluent in the language. I have been tutoring English for 4years. I am an avid reader and I love sharing my knowledge and passion for this subject.

I have a keen admiration of languages and linguistics in general, and this translates into my love for English, it being my first language. I also have an understanding of the structure of other South African and Asian languages, which makes it easier to explain to people the differences between their spoken language, and how better to grasp English. I have consistently gotten good grades for English Home Language during school, and have assisted fellow classmates to understanding the work better. Further, I enjoy reading and writing, and so can assist with the understanding of not only grammar and vocabulary, but also school issued literature and essays.

Being fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English makes me accutely aware of the minor mistakes and I have a patron to help people understand the rules of languages I know that languages and the rules seem like it is irrelevant and that “dude, I speak it everyday” (do people still use the word dude), but trust me, it is the small things that distinguish you from the average Joe...

I have a fairly large vocabulary and understanding of the English language as well as a strong affinity to grammar and sentence structure. Since programming is very particular about syntax, order and logical structures I have translated my skills in debugging code to identifying errors in text and extracting specific meanings of phrases and sentences.

I have quite a lot of experience tutoring English as I have been tutoring both high school and primary school students English for a while now. I like to make learning the English language fun by incorporating learning games into my sessions. I hold Tefl certification, which also assists in the different and innovative methods of teaching the English language.

I am English speaking and took this subject as my first language in high school. I am able to help young children battling with this subject using various techniques and styles of learning.
