I am a high school English teacher and teach all facets of English regularly as part of our curriculum. I teach grade 8 and ten learners. I also engage with the language at a higher level as I am completing my Master's degree in the same field.

I have achieved a disctinction in my matric year for English. I am passionate about reading and literature, and I believe a solid foundation in the English language is the first step in achieving success in all future endeavours. English is a universal language, spoken all over the world.

I am very good at English, whether it is speaking, reading or writing the language. I believe that I can teach others to also be good at English because I enjoy speaking the language. I got more than 70% in English when I was in matric and it was quite a big achievement for me. I went on to do English in my first year of University and I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the language then.

English was one of my favorite subjects in high school and I still enjoy reading. I have been raised in an English home. I enjoyed creative writing and I have a very good background when it comes to grammar as well as spelling.
