I am a BCom Law and LLB graduate and am very well aware of the challenges life holds in. Every person is capable of succeeding at something, no matter how difficult, all it takes is a bit of perseverance and someone guiding you. Have you ever been told you are not good enough or have you failed at something before? Well so has The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) and his attitude was that sometimes the best thing that can happen to a person is to fail or be rejected. Failure pushes you to reach deeper within and find another way to make something better out of a situation than before!

Being fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English makes me accutely aware of the minor mistakes and I have a patron to help people understand the rules of languages. I have said time and time again to many of my friends that Afrikaans is such a difficult language to learn because of its intricacies and twists and turns, but when you have mastered it, it is pure poetry when you hear it spoken (or sung).

I used to love playing my instrument by ear, but the true talent is not only having the natural gift but also understanding the mechanics thereof. My music teacher used to make the nicest rhymes to remember and understand music theory which I remember till this day. I wish to help you with remembering and understanding the theory till you are also old enough to say “MANY years ago I learnt this and still remember it to this day”
