Languages was my favourite subjects in high school. I loved writing speeches and essays as well as analysing poems and short stories. I had to write reports in University as part of the curriculum so I am well up to date with the language and different writing styles.

I have accumulated the basic principles of English at High level. I will therefore be able to articulate and share the knowledge with fellow students at ease. I am currently awaiting for the response of My Application for Masters in Communication. Equally important, i just completed my Honours in Integrated Organisational Communication with a very good marks. It is for this reason, i believe i will be suitable candidate to assist the student with English subject

I am a Bachelor of Education graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand, my majors include English. I am a passionate, hard-working and self motivated individual and I strive to ensure that I go the extra mile, with whatever I am doing to ensure that the best interests of those around me are prioritised. I believe I am innovative and I can easily adapt to strenuous situations.

I do really well in English. I am bilingual, with English being my second language. I matriculated with 80% in English at the end of the year. When I had my practical I had three-weeks to observe teachers where for 2 weeks I sat in English. I spent five months giving school to English kids at Shine Academy.

English is my native language and I am very well versed in literature . My abilities in this subject are excellent and I am able to create a greater understanding of the subject content. My method of teaching simplifies the content and makes it used friendly and helpful

I have taught Grade 2 for 6 years and am confident in my teaching ability. I have worked with a range of ability levels and am able to adjust teaching strategies according to the learners level. I can assist with reading, phonics and writing skills.

I have achieved distinctions and awards for best academic performance in English. I also achieved the highest mark for Afrikaans. I am passionate about languages and sub categories such as poetry and the analysis thereof. I love teaching and I am very pedantic when it comes to grammar.

I strongly believe in the strength of English as a subject. I have been tutoring English across a range of curricula (including IEB, Cambridge, and GDE) for three years, and have learnt the value of analysis and interpretation skills in this subject. Over the years, I have developed techniques for the different sections of an English exam, and how to adapt these techniques to each individual student.

I achieved an 86% at the end of matric. I have many notes that can help with the language and literature sections of tests as well as semiotic analysis training which can help with cartoon analysis. Speeches contribute a large amount to the final exam and it is an area that I can assist with greatly.

Teach kids to read and write within a short period of time as I did with my own child. Improve reading and instilling the love of reading in general within the kids. Comprehension reading, imagining, remembering and understand the stories. Having fun while learning. Happy learning
