I am a person that loves calculations and understand it. I helped a couple of students in the past which includes my friends to pass Maths. As I'm only 18 I still know how to explain it to schoolchildren as I am also still quite young. I have a sense of maths and I can prove it with my marks. I had the MATH100 module for the first semester of 2020 and finished it with an average of 89%. To me, this is quite an achievement. I'm great with Algebra, Stats, Finance, and Trig. I'm a hardworking individual and If I don't know something I will research and externally consult with my students until we both understand it fully. Give me a chance and I believe I can change your marks for the good!

Having a degree in Actuarial Science and also a career in quantitative analytics, I have extensive mathematical knowledge. I have tutoring experience and I have the desirable soft skills; patience, understanding and structure to successfully tutor this subject.

I was in the top 1% of IEB students for Mathematics in 2018 and have excelled at Maths at university level as well. I have also tutored Maths to 100s of university students on behalf of my university due to me excelling in my Maths modules. I passed maths in GR-12 with 78% and related best performer award given to recognise my hard work @High school 2005. I passed both Calculus, Calculus & linear algebra during my BSc undergraduate degree in 2007. I also personally taught extra-class in both Calculus and linear algebra in 2008-2009 to help student pass it as they battled in to graduate then. I specialized with maths also in my PGCE at Unisa.

I've found that algebra consists of many basic concepts that are built upon as the level of study increases. I do believe that I am able to help with the basic concepts and cement them securely, which gives the student the ability to apply that knowledge through the higher levels of study. I am patient and thorough, which can also help build student confidence

Of all the parts of Maths, this is the part I enjoyed the most. Algebra, to me, is pure, disciplined and universal. Whilst I struggled to get the basics under the knee in primary school, once I got the hang of it, Algebra became my strength when preparing for exams.

I have a BSc degree majoring in Mathematics, applied Maths and mathematical statistics. and taught Algebra to High school pupils for several years. I have studied the best learning methods in this subject.

I am a very patient teacher. I possess excellent communication skills. I have a deep understanding and broad knowledge of Mathematics. I also excel in exam technique coaching in order to achieve the best possible mark and maximize the students potential to excel.

I had to pass WTW 164 and WTW 158 at University and they both are really Algebra intense. Solving problems and giving them solutions is quite exiting for me and feel that i can truly transfer the passions i have for numbers
