I have a Phd in nuclear physics. Physics and mathematics go hand-in-hand. For example the shape of nuclei are described by spherical harmonics. During my work at iThemba LABS I used mathematical and statistic modeling to describe physical environments.

I finished matric with 87% for science and 90% for maths. These were my favourite subjects and I still love them! I'm happy to sit and explain this to you as I believe that it just takes some time and a different perspective to grasp it.

Mathematics has always been my favourite subject from primary, i have mastered the skill of approaching mathematics and science in order for learners to love this subject. i have studied science through out my university years. it is important for learners to master this general knowledge for them to advance further.

General Mathematics and Sciences always intrigued me from a young age. I find all study units in the subjects interesting, as an aspiring teacher I am more than delighted to tutor these subjects to the intermediate and Senior phases.

Maths can be difficult to wrap your head around but also can be taught properly from first principles. You will learn to understand the universal language of mathematics. This I learn from my degree in Chemical Engineering.

I have an aptitude for mathematics and love solving math problems (I often play Sudoku on rainy days). I feel math is a part of our everyday decision making and it helps us solve everyday problems by applying a critical thinking approach. Science is interesting and it helps us understand the science of everything around us. I enjoy research the Physics and Chemics side of science, but prefer Physics.

These are subjects that I really enjoy and find interesting. I would like to be able to pass on my knowledge in these subjects to someone that might need some help in learning and understanding them. Gained a lot of knowledge in these subject from my mother who was a maths and science teacher, which I think I can pass on to someone else.

I am keen on most topics in the Sciences, and will try my best to explain the different topics with clarity and entheusiasm! So far I have tutored science subjects (e.g. life Science, school maths, university statistics, calculus and linear algebra) to high school and fellow university students.

I enjoy working on the fundementals of maths and Science. Understanding these basics in Primary School is vital to excelling in the later years of Maths and the Sciences. I took Core Maths and Physical Sciences in high School, and I am Still taking those modules in Varsity where I am Studying Electrical Engineering.
