My favourite module in first year. This module is great for problem solving and a module that needs a lot of attention. It can be mastered once understood thoroughly and practiced regularly. I received an A for this module in first year.

I am a data science practitioner so 60% of what I do statistics the likes of distributions standard deviations , hacker statistics,hypothesis testing and many more I am passionate about the statistics field not only do I embrace it but the insperation comes from the fact that at the end of the day I explain the visualizations on the dashboards that I build to the stake holders and build machine learning models for product recommendation I believe that makes me advantageous

I did this subject in grade 12 till 3rd year at university. Passed it well and have mastered enough techniques and methods to tutor this subject. I have good understanding and knowledge of this module. I do not only know it from a theoretical point of view but also from the practical (coding) point of view.

I did a lot of maths in high school (math and math further Cambridge A levels), and got special permission to do maths major in the first year of my undergraduate (which I got a certificate of first class for), so i do know what I'm doing when it comes to maths, but I also understand that maths, at least as it's taught in most schools, isn't exactly everyone's favorite subject, and I have the patience to meet students wherever they're at in terms of their understanding of the subject and move with them from there.

I am analytical, logical and precise. I majored in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Financial Mathematics in University. I passed both my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, cum laude. I also completed six Master level statistics modules at Wits university. In addition to a solid theoretical understanding I also have practical experience having made use of my statistical knowledge during a career in equities trading.
