I have a keen interest in Statistics. I would say its a hobby of mine. I preform well in the university Statistics subjects with an average of 80%+. I make sure that students understand the core concepts being taught. I also have a few years experience teaching Statistics.

I have statistics in pretty much every semester of my studies. The topics that I am familiar and comfortable with up to this point are probability, random variables, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, programming in R and SAS, etc. I am comfortable with statistics as a subject and would love to share all the tips and tricks that I have gathered throughout my studies with you. As mentioned in my bio, I am completing a BSc Actuarial and Financial Mathematics degree at the University of Pretoria. Studies in actuarial science and mathematical statistics degrees are built on an academic basis of mathematics, statistics, analysis, and financial management.

I've been tutoring introductory undergraduate mathematics and statistics since 2016. My background in both the psychology of teaching, training an coaching and advanced analytics in the form of operations research helps me do a very good job of tutoring mathematics and statistics.
