Maths is my favorite subject. I have a very good understanding of all concepts of math and often participate in extra curricular math programs . I always receive a distinct for maths and have placed 2nd in my grade for my maths understanding. I also partake in Applied Programed Mathematics, where i receive further understanding of maths. As well as participating in online university courses that involve mathematics, probability and statistics.

I achieved a distinction for Maths in matric, over 70% for Maths Paper 3, and have studied complex calculus and statistics throughout my varsity career. I have also practically applied various abstract mathematical concepts to design projects and can therefore assist students in seeing the value of what they are learning

I am a mature tutor. Am a qualified engineer with an MBA and years of corporate experience. I have an excellent aptitude for mathematics and physical science - having excelled in both these subjects at high school (obtained distinctions in these and two other subjects). I went on to obtain distinctions in maths courses (during the B Eng degree) and statistics (MBA degree). I have years of real-world experience applying mathematical concepts and have built a store of tricks as to what works in getting to be good in maths and science.

I have a great understanding for how statistics works and is currently one of my best subjects in university. Further more I am willing to do research or learn or revise concepts in order to teach them as well as using practical and easy to understand example to teach children the easiest way to not only understand the concepts behind statistics but also apply practical measures to answer questions.
