I'm a BSc Honours in Mathematics graduate. Did my undergraduate degree in Mathematical sciences. I am a volunteer tutor and I was also a Mathematics tutor at the University of Johannesburg. I have good knowledge of programming languages R, C++, Java, Python, SQL, and latex. I'm passionate about numbers and youth development. I'm easy to work with and very patient with students.

    I did this subject in grade 12 till 3rd year at university. Passed it well and have mastered enough techniques and methods to tutor this subject. I have good understanding and knowledge of this module. I do not only know it from a theoretical point of view but also from the practical (coding) point of view.

  • Trigonometry

    Always been good in Mathematics since from Primary. Trigonometry was one of my favorite topics in Mathematics. I enjoyed it and I am comfortable with teaching it. I did trigonometry at a Secondary and tertiary level, which enhanced my trigonometric skills and exposure.

  • Linear Algebra

    In my second year of university, I did Linear algebra. Even though it was my first time doing it, I liked it. It was one of my best modules and I passed it with a distinction. I also tutored this module at university.

  • Algebra

    Algebra is one of my favorite topics in Mathematics. I enjoyed it irrespective of which algebra it was. I even did my Honours project in the field Abstract Algebra. All my algebra modules I really excelled in them with 3/4 distinctions.

  • Calculus

    I always had a natural inclination towards Mathematics. Calculus was one of the modules that I could do with so much easy and joy. If I were so to teach it, I would it do without even thinking twice. I was also a top achiever for Calculus in my first year at University.

  • Pure Maths

    At high school, I did pure Mathematics and got symbol B. My journey didn't stop there with Mathematics, I furthered my study in Mathematics up until Honours level. I know more than enough to tutor Pure Mathematics.

  • Microsoft Excel

    In my whole first year at university, I did excel. For the stats practicals we had to use excel. It was my first time working in excel and it was amazing. I am quite good in excel and got a distinction for my practical component in statistics.

    I was one of the best learners in Physical Sciences. I even got selected for a Mathematics and Science Saturday scholarship at St. Stithians College. As a volunteer tutor, I also tutored Physical Sciences.
