I have an advanced understanding in this subject and enjoy it. I did my Honours in Advance Maths of Finance and past it with filling colours. I am a very patient individual and enjoy passing on my knowledge to individuals. I enjoy teach and will go out of my way to make sure you understand what is given to you.

For 12 years of teaching statistics & mathematics at many levels, from Calculus courses to teaching Business Calculations, Calculations & Statistics and Quantitative techniques and Finance, as a Lecturer, a Teaching Assistant and as Tutor, I have been constantly learning and gaining experience as to what makes an effective and a polished practitioner of the craft.

I believe that I am capable of explaining complicated and confusing problems to students because I took Advanced Programme Mathematics in High School and chose to learn the Statistics syllabus. I did well in my final Grade 12 exam, I then continued with statistics in the University of Pretoria for first year first semester. I found the module fairly simple and I achieved 97 for my final module. I believe that I will be able to explain to many students because I have noticed that I use different methods to what teachers use and have helped me understand the work a lot better. I have found many shortcuts to easily study the subject.

As Quantitative data analyst and Tutor in my current job, long-term career in quantitative data analysis requires certain qualities like decision making, problems solving and abilities to synthesise which in my opinion, I own. Since an early age I have always been determined and self-assured. Analyst of data, interpretation, modelling and forecasting of data with STATA, SPSS, EVIEWS AND DEA.

I have successfully tutored this subject for six years, up to university final year. I consistently achieved marks above 70% in my own university career. My teaching style gives the student confidence and strategies to approach problems on their own, and successfully solve them.

I have completed up to second year mathematical statistics at the University of Pretoria and have always found statistics to be a joy to learn and teach. In high school I excelled in the section of mathematics and hope to help others do as well.

I have a degree in actuarial science from UCT. Statistics is my playground. I love tutoring and have tutored for 3 years for the university. I am able to take you from any level you are at to expert level. I make complicated concepts to be very easy to understand.
