I am a passion for language and I have completed my TEFL 120 hour advanced course. I would like to share my knowledge and love for the language with students by making them excited to learn more. I am very patient and I am very much willing to adapt to the students needs.

As a Foundation Phase Teaching student, I am trained in teaching English for Grade R-3. My language of study at the University of Pretoria is English and I also received a distinction for English First Additional Language in Matric. I have practical experience in teaching English since I have completed teaching practicals at schools over the past 3 years.

My first language is English and I am proficient in it. I have studied English all the way to University level and I have a thorough understanding of the language. I attained an A at University level and a B in High School level. I have excellent experience in teaching with adults as my references. I enjoy tutoring English especially to students who have little to no knowledge in English.

English is currently one of my university modules, it was also the first additional language throughout my primary and high school years. I currently have an English methodology module where I am being taught how to teach English.

I have always excelled in English and am a passionate trainer for this subject. My patience and knowledge as this subject matter expert will enable students to have a new leap of confidence in understanding English.

I have passed the subject with an A symbol in High School & travelled to the USA, where I was enrolled for a 6 week English course, focusing on writing, vocabulary, grammar and Business English. I have returned from Germany in 2019, where I was employed by a family to teach their daughter on how to speak English. I use the language on a daily basis for work, studies and conversing with friends and family. I am fond of the Literature and Languages. As your tutor, I guarantee you will walk away with more confidence in speaking the English language and have a better understanding of the grammar and writing rules of the English Language.

I have been tutoring English and Communications for the past four years. In 2016 and 2017, I taught 20 students Applied English at TUT who were struggling with the module, but with my assistance, 80% of the students improved their performance and passed the module with flying colours. I also have a great record of online students I have tutored (Foundation English) at Unisa who have performed very well and passed the subject under assistance.

I passed this subject with a 79% in High School and went on to University to do it in my first and third years. In my first year, I was introduced to simple work place English. Whilst in my third year I decided to do English Literature, which involves extensive literature text analysis that puts your critical thinking abilities on the test. I can therefore say I am highly familiar with the subject and it's content and am able to translate it

English was my favorite subject in high school. I love to wrote short literature so I believe that can give me an advantage in working with this subject. It is a very beautiful language. Comprehension, Grammar and writing are areas I believe I can offer great help in.

English is the medium language used to communicate nationally and internationally. Giving the foundation of English subject would allow you to advance even further. I did English both in primary and high school as my first language and teaching primary children would allow me to advance in the filled of my studies and fulfill my passion.
