I am currently a Mathematics teacher achieving best results and I would like to assist students to improve and do even better in the subject. With my passion for numeracy and mathematical problem solving I would like students to remove the mentality that Mathematics is a difficult subject.

I love problem solving and since high school i got distinctions on the mathematics and i have been doing the tutoring for 5years and its been a wonderful experience for me in 2015 iwas peer tutor for mathematics and science for the group called math group and as after matric i used to volunteer doing tutoring at secondary schools

I have always had a knack for numbers. However, not all mathematics aspects came easily to me at school. This means that I know how to persevere and put in the work required to see the marks you want. I completed both Core Mathematics as well as AP Maths at Matric level and completed first year statistics at university level.

I completed my engineering degree in 2018 and I have a passion for numbers! I teach Maths by trying to simplify difficult concepts and try to use many different approaches to teaching. I believe that anyone can do Maths if they have a good teacher and problems are practiced!

In high school, I was a mathematics tutor in the afternoons and I received a distinction for the subject in matric. During the course of my BSc Civil engineering degree, I have enrolled in university mathematics subjects and continue to use the skills regularly.

The time is set by the individual since everyone is different , and I teach to suit the student . Initially we start with a past paper or short assessment test , and see which way to go from there. Math as an interesting subject and a great one when taught well.
