I have a very good grasp of the English language and its intricacies. This is evidenced by my matric scores in the subject. My teaching style is to gear tutorials to match the way in which the learner naturally takes in information. This makes for efficient sessions and significant value added.

I am a law student with a background in health sciences. My time in the public health field resulted in a lot of writing to the extent that it improved writing skills. In addition, studying law has further refined my English language and my ability to pass information on to others.

Writing and reading - I am passionate about writing and reading, so I think I would be able to tutor through such an angle. I am willing to assist and train people with regarding to writing, as I know sometimes writing especially academic writing style is not easy, I struggled with it myself.

I am the best tutor because I completed a aced the ”English for academic purposes” course for university level, I took Advanced Programme English in high school and completed in an academic decathlon called The World Scholars Cup where we placed 1st for the regional round. Albeit my merits and accolades, I also genuinely enjoy English and the language in general so I will be pleased to assist.

I'm an attentive, friendly, energetic and fun native speaker who is able to adapt to your learning needs. I have been speaking and writing in English for over 3 decades and teaching students for 3 years. With vast experience in the corporate world, I'm also able to assist with interview preparations, business English, presentations and even academic projects.

I have always thoroughly enjoyed writing and have developed decent skills in creative and formal writing during my school and university years. I am a creative person and I will be able to teach correct techniques and ways to catch a reader’s attention from the beginning. I am also studying foundation phase teaching so I have been trained to help learners who struggle with writing.

I love the English language and as a teacher I've had to find the best techniques that will enables students to learn. Writing especially is a passion of mine, as I practice and create my own writing. I am patient and enthusiastic. I believe no one is ever too old to learn, instead we are all always learning in some ways day to day.

In my spare time I do some of my own writing and often helped my friends at school with theirs. My favourite part of speeches is the writing process and I will help you tweak your grammar or brainstorm with you. My written english portfolio mark in matric was 88%.

I have learnt to write effectively and easily with my psychology degree essays and I am able to convey the words of the student and help them understand the intricacies of writing. As well as how to improve and stand out with ones writing.

Writing is a very freeing process. It allows you to be able to be as free as you want to be and enables one to dive into any world they wish to create. It is the best form of self-expression. Writing similar to literature allows people who may not be able to express themselves verbally to do so in writing.
