I am a final year student at the University of Pretoria, studying Bsc Applied Maths with Physics and Chemistry as my electives. I have always wanted to become a teacher and have a passion for helping others understand better. I have tutored secondary school students before. I will always try to explain stuff in a way that you will understand, with plenty of patience ( I will never make you cry at the dining table ;) )

I am a 28 year old PGCE Foundation Phase student. I have spent the last few years teaching in South Africa, Thailand and China. I am studying towards becoming a teacher. I love working with and being around children.

I'm currently working as a Civil Engineer at an engineering consulting firm in Sandton. I'm passionate about God and about people. Been tutoring from high school (Hoerskool Sarel Cilliers) and university (University of Pretoria). From my experience I've learnt that academic success is not so much about knowing but understanding. Your state of mind is the key. You cannot expect to do well if you don't have that expectation. I believe clearly defined goals and expectations play a huge role in academic success.

Hi! My name is Izabel. I am a freelance artist/illustrator and tutor and I love all things creative. I have a Master's degree in Literature from the University of Cape Town, which is also where I did my Bachelor's degree. I'm a big book nerd who enjoys reading fiction, fantasy and I the odd bit of poetry. I recently spent a year abroad and learned a lot about myself and parts of Western Europe. I can speak and understand a bit of Dutch and a bit of Spanish. I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends and participating in alternative sports like climbing and slacklining. I also love a good film accompanied by some popcorn.

I am an A- grade student who is in Highschool. I tutor in Mathematics, Mathematics lit, Geography. I believe that all learners can be A-grade students with the right mindset and with people who are willing to help. I am patient and willing to explore new ways in which children can learn.

I am a student at the University of Pretoria busy with my Masters in Music (focusing in technology in music education). I love teaching and helping students to feel like they can achieve goals they always believed they couldn't and I always find interesting new ways to teach them new things.

I am a qualified teacher and I have a TEFL qualification as well. I have worked and tutored adults and children in different subjects. I have travelled all around the world teaching and working with kids as a whole. I am a relaxed person and easy going.
