I’m a passionate, honest learner and I believe knowledge is power. I don’t prefer to stick to formalities, because that tends to make the learning experience less comfortable. I just matriculated and have experience in the IIE syllabus. I have experience in quick learning, catching up with a large amount of work in a short period of time, whether it’s a new subject or missed work because of other factors. I’m currently studying my bachelors degree in Psychology with extra modules in Criminology and Criminal Justice along with Geography and Environmental Sciences. I love writing and reading. I love children and have experience in taking care of younger children. My favorite subjects in high school was English, Geography and Computer Application Technology (CAT). I have grown to enjoy Afrikaans as a first language too in my later high school years. Poetry and literature is my favorite area to work in. I’m aiming towards being a successful fiction writer and a forensic/clinical psychologist.

Hello I am Jason Mayr and can offer extra lessons in mathematics from grades 4 to 10. Maths in an amazing subject that everyone can enjoy and excel in if they understand the basics. Most people I have worked with just need a helping hand to understand how and why maths works the way it does. Practise is important and must be done to enforce learning. I will focus my lessons on making you understand and I will rely on you to do a little bit of work every day to achieve the best results you can achieve. I am excited to help anyone who is interested in improving themselves to achieve higher results.

I have a Bachelor of Science majoring in both Botany and Zoology with sub-majors in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English for Science students. I have an honours degree in Botany Life Sciences and currently obtaining my Masters and Doctoral studies in Life Sciences. I have a Postgraduate in Education making me a qualified teacher. I have taught at both private and Governmental high schools, as well as private one-on-one lessons and online tutoring. I'm passionate about teaching grades 8 and 9 Natural Sciences, grade 10, 11 and 12 Life Sciences and grade 10 Physical Sciences. I also teach A-Levels in Life Sciences.

I love to share my knowledge with my learners and my classes go beyond just learning another language. I believe that learning needs to be fun, interactive, and focused on my learner's goals.
