I have always had a passion for mathematics and I achieved a distinction for this subject in matric. I have had 3 years tutoring experience in this subject and have seen many of my students improve their marks. I use different methods of teaching and explaining, based on the students needs.

Most people find math horrible and dread the thought of it but it really can be simple. With the right amount of effort and guidance I believe almost anyone can do math. Math is about practice. The more you practice, the easier it gets. Providing students with worksheets and exercises is most beneficial. I achieved a year average of 70% in matric.

I got an A for my final matric mark and I believe I can find easy methods to explain and master various sections in the subject. I am currently doing my honours in environmental science and geography and so have also done math at the university level.

I love maths and I would love to work with kids to help them achieve their goals in this subject. I achieved a 100% average in maths in my grade 9 year and I would receive above 80s for maths in grade 8 and grade 9. I would love to help the younger grades develop that passion for maths so that they can choose pure maths when they need to choose subjects in grade 9

I obtained +70 average for mathematics in grade 12. I am very good with numbers as receiving 80+ average in Statistics in my university course. I went to Reddam House Bedfordiview and the standard is really high compared to many schools.

I'm studying Electrical Engineering at the University of Pretoria. I'm currently in my 3rd year thus I completed 6 pure mathematic modules that includes: Calculus 158 (WTW 158) Mathematics 164 (WTW 164) Mathematics 238 (WTW 238) Differential equations 256 (WTW 256) Calculus 258 (WTW 258) Numerical methods 263 (WTW 263)

I covered nine different modules during my Maths A-Levels. Four core modules, a Further Pure Maths module, Statistics 1 and 2, Mechanics 1 and Decision making Maths. I got distinctions in every module a part from Statistics 1 and 2. Maths is my best subject, and something I grasp easily.

i am a systematic thinker and i am able to break complex problems into simple pieces my students can understand. I am a firm believer that practice makes perfect, and with my wide range of resources any student can master arithmetic.

I have completed multiple university level courses in varying different math related courses with good marks and can help with almost any branch of mathematics up to a university level, including calculus, statistics, linear algebra, mathematical modelling, geometry and trigonometry.

As an aeronautical engineer, I not only understand the mathematics, but I also understand where to use it and why it’s useful. I believe students will remember more if they understand exactly why they are learning something and where they will need it.
