I am Afrikaans and love the Afrikaans language. I find it so unique and interesting. I’m married to an English guy whom I’ve had to help a lot when it comes to Afrikaans. That made me realize that a lot of English people need help with Afrikaans. I was also the top student in my grade 12 year for Afrikaans.

I have the unique experience of completing my schooling career in Afrikaans up until grade 9. Although I changed to English medium, I kept Afrikaans as a first language up until grade 11. Unfortunately, my timetable did not allow for Afrikaans first language and English first language in Matric, But even in high school, I was the go-to person for help on speeches, essays, translations and all things Afrikaans. I love languages and love helping others communicate better.

I can assist you with Afrikaans second language as I am also fluent in Afrikaans. Oral vocabulary and written language is also acceptable. Online tutoring is preferred at this time because of Covid-19.

Afrikaans is my second language, however I achieved excellent results in Afrikaans in High School. I am able to help with the basic rules of Afrikaans and provide worksheets and activities to help develop your Afrikaans

Afrikaans is my home language and defines who I am in many ways. Language has always been one of my passions as it connects us with people from all parts of the world. I think that I can help people better understand and grasp the concepts of the Afrikaans language.

Afrikaans is my home language. I love reading books in Afrikaans and I’m speaking Afrikaans 90% of the time. In high school, Afrikaans was one of my best subjects. I have all the knowledge to teach Afrikaans from Grade 1 - Grade 10.

My home language is Afrikaans so it comes naturally. I also got a distinction for Afrikaans in matric and have always loved the language. Everyone can learn to speak, write or read Afrikaans with enough practice. It is actually quite simple.
