I am a Afrikaans teacher at a primary school. I am fluent in Afrikaans and am currently teaching a third language as a second language to children who are passing with pleasing results. Lessons are tailor made to suit your needs and I have a wide variety of resources available. Learning is fun and interactive with cute rhymes and pictures to easily understand the rules in Afrikaans as a language.

I excelled in this subject from primary school to matric. I love the language, and I have experience in teaching it (been tutoring Afrikaans since August 2018). In addition to this, I have minored in linguistics in my degree - this has taught me how one acquires language, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, and has expanded my knowledge on language rules and structure.

I received distinctions for Afrikaans throughout my school. I can teach from Grade 3 to Grade 9 afrikaans. I am good at pronunciation and comprehensions. However grammar is where I excel best, and I have already tutored a student Afrikaans before. I also have all my previous tests and work in this subject from Grade 5 to Grade 9, which will be helpful for the student to practice and be exposed to different exam type questions.

I am a third year student studying Bachelor of education at Witwatersrand, majoring in mathematics and science. My home language is Afrikaans and fluent in English as I study in English. With this I have 2 years of experience with great results.

I am fluent in Afrikaans. I know the primary and high school syllabus well and am effectively able to help students in understanding, writing and speaking the language. I have simple and fun ways to learn the language!

I had obtained great results in high schools (consistently above 75%) and average fluent communication in the language as well and give you a couple of hacks to excelling in Afrikaans. I have assisted a student from moving from achieving 30% to just above 50% in three months

I did Afrikaans for Grade 12 and have been brought up with it. I can teach reading, writing and spoken Afrikaans. I can do from the basics to high school level where there are poems, set work books and essays/stories.

I am extremely passionate about languages and have a good grasp of the Afrikaans language. I currently tutor three learners all of whom I teach Afrikaans. I also communicate a lot in Afrikaans as I have family members who speak the language.

My mother tongue is English however, I attended a dual-medium school and received a distinction for Afrikaans in matric. I was a consistent top achiever in this subject and am still comfortable enough to hold a conversation in Afrikaans.

I have been doing Afrikaans First Additional since I was in Primary School and I believe I am well equipped to help any learner doing Afrikaans First Additional Language be it the learner is at Primary OR High School.
