I am an enthusiastic, energetic and have a soft spot for children. I am currently a 3rd year student, studying Education and therefore I do believe that this will be a great way for me to be proactive and assist the youth where possible.

I’m a university student who loves all things science! I am studying a Bachelor of Science at UCT, majoring in Biology and Oceanography. I’d love to instill this love in somebody else through my tutoring.

I am a currently a 3rd year medical student at the University of Cape Town. I have a keen interest in biological and physical sciences, as well as English and Afrikaans literature; language and poetry, although I read widely and enjoy topics from many fields. While my understanding of the content I teach is the foundation of my teaching ability, I feel that my passion for the mechanisms of learning is my greatest advantage as a tutor. More specifically, I take pleasure in optimising the learning process towards the type of material being learnt; the end goal of the learning and most importantly: the student. I am a master's student at the University of Cape Town studying Marine Biology with a focus in sustainable fishing. I moved to Cape Town last year for my studies and have fallen in love with the city. I started tutoring during my undergraduate studies at the University of Witwatersrand where I studied animal plant and environmental studies. Since then I have tutored many students in math, biology and science. I love to share my passion for biology and science with the students and to see their performance and confidence grow through our lessons.

My name is Charnelle, I am fully bilingual. I have a degree in International relations, as well as a degree in History. I am fully experienced in tutoring and lecturing students in the complicated world of History. My aim would be to teach you the same passion and understanding in the subject you are having difficulty with, because your success is key!

I can definitely help you to excel while enjoying the learning process. My enthusiasm and energy for teaching are contagious. There will never be a boring minute in any of my classes. I have over 17 years of experience teaching local and international students on a tertiary level, with a focus on foreign language acquisition and academic literacy skills. While obtaining my Master’s degree, I joined Stellenbosch University in 1999 as an editor of a bilingual Afrikaans and Dutch dictionary. After the completion of this project I started my career as a Language Acquisition lecturer as well as an Academic Literacy lecturer at the Stellenbosch University Language Centre specializing in Afrikaans as a foreign and first language. Apart from teaching and developing content for the Afrikaans courses, I have published several Afrikaans second additional language textbooks. I believe teaching is a work of the heart and I would love to share my heart with you!

I am currently studying mechatronic engineering at uct. I achieved 9 distinctions at the end of matric in 2016 - choice subjects included physics, Accounting, Life science, geography, business. I love dogs and have 3 great danes. Teaching/tutoring has always been a passion of mine.

I am a civil engineering lecturer at CPUT Belville campus and I teach applied mechanics, theory of structures and structural analysis 1 and 2 for the last 5 years. I have also tutored the same courses during my postgraduate studies at UCT. I am hands-on and students who have gone through my hands have done well and can testify

I am 25 years old, currently a student at the University of the Western Cape. I am studying languages and psychology with a short term vision of becoming a teacher. I am hard working, creative and motivated for success. I believe that one can do and achieve anything that one put their mind too because we plan our lives and God drives it. Why hello there! My name is Stefan and I'm a second year engineering student at the University of Cape Town. Originally I'm actually from Johannesburg, where I grew up and went to school. These days however, when I'm not buried under work from Uni, I busy myself with stuff such as kite surfing, playing guitar, running, reading classic novels and tennis.
