I am a final year Dentistry student at the University of the Western Cape which for me still sounds surreal as I thought that dream was impossible for me to reach. I myself have struggled a lot during high school specifically with science and mathematics working incredibly hard and spreading too many tears to be able to get into the medical field I am in now and am planning on continuing and study medicine after. I sympathise a lot with others who do not understand or struggle with a certain subject because I count myself as a slow learner and see things in a different perspective than most people which is also why I have been told I would make a good teacher because let's face it people who 'just get it' think differently, faster and explain things way more complicated than necessary. The subjects I enjoy and did best in were Biology and German as a home language. If you are struggling with any of these subjects I would love to take and show you the beauty of these adventurous parts of life that surrounds us and the power that we have by using language.

I am an enthusiastic young woman who has a passion for Mathematics and logic puzzles; this is evident in me achieving within the Top 1% in South Africa for Thinking Skills in 2018. My strengths consist of problem solving, thinking creatively and having an interest in learning. I am 22 and currently a student. I recently obtained my BSC in Molecular biology and Biotechnology and am therefore proficient (as well as passionate) about math, biology and science. Hi there, my name is Bianca. I have just completed my Bachelor of science degree in marine biology and ocean and atmospheric science, at the University of Cape Town. I am now in my Honours year, focusing on oceanic and atmospheric science. In simpler terms, I studied all the mathematics, biology, science and chemistry surrounding our atmosphere and the ocean, so I definitely have a passion for these subjects. I understand that sometimes you just need a different perspective on how to look at work material and I'm hoping I could be just that and so much more for you.

I am an international accredited educator with degrees from the University of the western cape and the university of Oslo, in Norway. I have more than 5 years of teaching experience both at tertiary and secondly level. I have also taught English as a foreign language to students from around the world. I am currently teaching at Salt River High school and at Hopeful Leaders Night School, in the attempt to educate our adults and uplift my community.

As a teacher, I have been able to demonstrate my ability as a professional educator and know how to set priorities, organize work flow, produce results and reach goals. I worked abroad taking on the role as learning leader at The English Playgroup in Kuwait, in my second year. I have shown my intellectual prowess academically as well as inside the classroom, achieving exceptionally in all areas of my degree studies. My one and half year experience as leader of setting up and conducting activities for the grade 8 and 9 Mathematics in conjunction with my energy and enthusiasm for academics makes me ideally suited to take on to tutor you.
