Hi there, my name is Bianca. I have just completed my Bachelor of science degree in marine biology and ocean and atmospheric science, at the University of Cape Town. I am now in my Honours year, focusing on oceanic and atmospheric science. In simpler terms, I studied all the mathematics, biology, science and chemistry surrounding our atmosphere and the ocean, so I definitely have a passion for these subjects. I understand that sometimes you just need a different perspective on how to look at work material and I'm hoping I could be just that and so much more for you.

Temporary aftercare teacher
I was a temporary aftercare teacher, for over 20 learners that ranged from grade 4 to grade 7. After-school, I was responsible for ensuring all the learners had lunch and went to their various after school activities. Thereafter, I assisted with homework, project and test preparation across all subjects for all the grades.
Grade 3 English tutor
Wednesday, afternoons, and Saturday, mornings, we're used to tutor two grade 3 learners in English. Focus was put on spelling, comprehension, reading and grammar and punctuation.

I have just completed my degree in marine biology and ocean and atmospheric science at the University of Cape Town. It is a degree focused on the biology, science and chemistry behind all our oceans. I am very passionate about conserving our oceans and better understanding our influence on them.

I am extremely passionate about both natural and human biology and received 87% in my final matric year, for this subject. I received on average, above 80% for each of my years right from grade 8 to matric in English. I scored the highest in my school for my final speech marks and received countless awards for orator and public speaking events. I am passionate about the subject, that includes literature and grammer, making it easy for me to help you understand concepts better and make them more applicable both to today age and to your own life.
