Hi everyone! I'm Rizza, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a TESOL certified instructor that has over three years of experience teaching ESL students internationally. I really enjoy meeting people from different countries and learning about other cultures. Among many other hobbies, I enjoy reading English books, listening to music and watching movies. When it comes to teaching, I am highly motivated and I genuinely love teaching. I focus on building confidence in my students in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I am studying a Bachelor of Education in Intermediate Phase Teaching through UNISA and English is one of the subjects I am specialising in. I have a genuine interest in the subject and a passion for teaching it. I achieved great results for English throughout my school career. I also have experience teaching English at primary school level. I have a vast knowledge of the subject and a strong understanding of the various aspects of it. I ensure that the teaching/learning process for the subject is exciting and effective.

I'm a senior and Fet education student that basically means i can give class from grade 7 till grade 12. English is probably the best language to be spoken i love it , i'm actually Afrikaans but i've been speaking full english for round about 5 years now it is also one of my university subjects.

I was the top English Home Language performer in the North West province when I wrote matric in 2016 with an average of 96%. I believe that I am well equipped to help students achieve their full potential with English.

I am a bi lingual English-speaking graduate and a South African citizen. I have completed a 168 hour Level 5 TEFL Certificate with The TEFL Academy. I have a real desire to improve the lives of others by teaching English. I look forward to creating exciting and engaging lessons to motivate my students and help them to learn effectively.

I am extremely passionate about language and I have always been a very strong English student. I received distinctions for both English and Advanced Program English for IEB matric. In grade 6 I received an ICAS award for English and was placed in the 99th percentile of English students worldwide. I was also the recipient of my primary school's literary award and was on the Kids' Lit Quiz team, where we placed second nationally in 2011. I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of language and this is something I hope to be able to share with my students.

I have taught English both as Home Language and EFL for Foundation Phase learners and in Intermediate Phase. I have training in using Jolly Phonics and have taken courses about Dyslexia to be able to better help children with learning difficulties. I love to read and use texts to teach vocabulary, phonics, reading, writing and language structure/grammar.

I really love languages and understand the importance of English and the ability to be fluent in it as well as obtaining high marks at school in this subject. I therefore am dedicated to ensure the best possible tutoring of English. From Language to Literacy and even creative writing, I can assist in all spheres of the English Language

English has many creative tools and devices for communication. I can help with expression of ideas, conveying tone, analyzing text for meaning and expression in one's own creative writing. Whether you'd like to better comprehend a story or article, or work on your own writing skills to persuade your audience, I'll be at your "beck and call"!

I teach vocabulary, reading to struggling readers in the intermediate phase as well as the art of writing. I have been helping students with Dysgraphia, Dyslexia and other barriers to learning integrate into the mainstream with the correct strategies and assistive technology.
