I am currently at UNISA studying BEd Degree FET phase school language Information Technology, passionate helper, open minded and good listener with a sense of humour. I have a passion for mathematics, IT, Sciences and most things challenging like puzzles and riddle.

I am a charismatic, motivated, overly enthusiastic individual who is extremely passionate about all things economics. I am particularly interested in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policy in developing countries. I hold an Honours degree in economics from Rhodes University and have been fortunate enough to have received scholarships to complete a Master of Commerce degree in financial markets, also at Rhodes University for which I am awaiting final results. My research focus for my Masters thesis was on the effect of sector FDI on employment and growth in South Africa. This topic was an extension to my Honours research which focused on International investment agreements and their effect on IBSA countries' FDI and policy space. During my academic career, I have worked various jobs at the university that have provided me with essential tools to commence assist other students. I am an experienced economics tutor in macroeconomics, public finance and econometrics up to Honours level. I have also coordinated the economics tutorial programme at Rhodes University and as such, I possess a wide variety of tutoring and mentoring skills. I hold 3 RPE certificates from the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM) including: introduction to financial markets, the money market and the bond market. I have also attended 2 GTAC/National Treasury winter schools in 2017 and 2018. I was also fortunate to attend the Investec Navigate Programme in 2019.

I am a fun, loving and enthusiastic teacher who has been teaching for the past 7 years. I have been teaching online for 3 years and 4 years teaching in a classroom. I love educating people and making them become better individuals.

I have been involved in teaching in one way or another since I was in high school. My sister's school friends were sent to me if they had any trouble with their high school math and I got my sister from a 14% in grade 8 to being 3rd in her class (with 82%) in math core. I have taught children as young as 4 and am currently lecturing 1st and 2nd year design students in subjects ranging from photographic studies to business communication, webdesign and marketing to design thinking and history. I have a degree in Psychology and I am currently completing my Honors. I have also studied a Diploma in Drama and additional studies in English as well as a TEFL certificate. I love learning and I love teaching even more. I believe all learning should be fun. Studies show that we are more likely to remember what we enjoy. Hello, my name is Brittany. I am a third-year student at the University of the Free State. I am studying Education for the Intermediate phase. I major in English and Social Science and minor in Physical Education, Life Skills, Art, Mathematics and the basics of South African Sign Language. My name is Luke Baker, I am a 25 year old fully qualified English teacher, who has a passion for the subject and teaching. I have been working with school children for the last 7 years. This has ranged from ages 5-19. I worked at a boarding school in England for a year, as a boarder master. I have been a sports coach at a private school in Durban for 6 years.
