My name is Suhail Adam and I have a passion for teaching mathematics and physical sciences. I graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineeing. I firmly believe that with my knowledge and experience in mathematics and sciences, I can be of great help to primary school, high school and university students. Once I finished high-school, I was unsure of what I wanted to study in University. I then began to tutor various subjects to earn an income while I was not studying and found my new passion in life. I tutored professionally for 2 years as well as completed a 168 hour TEFL course. After this, I started studying my degree in Teaching from the beginning of 2019. I am now currently finishing my degree but still have experience in teaching. I am patient and have always interacted with younger students during my time tutoring. I will create a warm and fun enviroment for them! :) I am passionate about helping children achieve their dreams and have grown up in a country with very diverse cultures. I have also married in an interracial setting and have had to help my husband learn English as he is a native Chinese. I have a good understanding of how culture and language barriers affect a learner's confidence and abilities. I will be patient and kind in order to make sure they are comfortable and happy. I find that during this time of COVID-19, this is the best way for me to pursue my teaching dream. :)
