I am a professional with a great passion for education and therewith the education of our youth. I have obtained my engineering degree from the University of Pretoria and therefore I have strong knowledge of scientific and mathematical concepts. I have previously tutored and I enjoyed the experience and the achievement of seeing my students excel. It gave me the greatest satisfaction when I could share my knowledge knowing that I could be of great positive influence to the life of my students. I have learned to explain concepts in different ways that will enable students to understand more easily. With my practical experience I can also provide students with real life uses for concepts in mathematics, science and engineering drawings. Lastly I am currently 25 years old and therefore I still have memory of what influenced my high school career and what challenges are present in the lives of young adults. Therefore, I feel like I can relate to the students and teach in a dynamic way which is understandable from their point of view.

I am a young female graduate in Economics and Risk Management, completed it in the year 2014 from North West University. I am currently doing PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) in University of South Africa. During the week I work as a student advisor at Boston College, and every Sunday I host my own radio talk show on the local community radio. Hi there! I'm Belinda and I have 5 years of experience teaching English - which was totally by accident! I initially set out to become a psychologist and to supplement my studies by combining my Bachelor of Psychology degree (from the University of Pretoria, South Africa) with a PGCE (through the University of South Africa), but when I found how much I love teaching, all thoughts of psychology whithered away. I am now in the process of acquiring my Masters in Education through the University of South Wales. I absolutely love sharing my love of language with students, be it visual literacy, poetry, language conventions, reading comprehension, and even novel and Shakespeare analysis.
