Math's was a subject that I just clicked with at school. I would be comfortable teaching math until a Grade 10 level. -Statistics, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, general math, primary school math, mathematical literacy. Over my years of tutoring experience I was able to pin-point different ways of learning and studying methods that worked for different people.

I love teaching Maths, as for my love for numbers. Because I’m equipped to help the pupil achieve their educational goals. I would define myself as a problem solver and a team worker who thrives on rising up to challenges and on achieving objectives. I am a hardworker, dilligent and never say no type of teacher. I am studying BCOM Financial accounting to become an accounting teacher. I worked as a sports teacher, and love my kids. I am an early bird and will never give up on a challenge. As someone who values and practices discipline, empathy and respect, I believe I can be a positive role model to your pupils. The way I see it, being a tutor is all about providing young people with good behavioral examples they can implement when learning and interacting with others. Because I am not committed to just a job, but to the tutor profession as a whole. I place high value on constant learning and I always take the initiative when it comes to attending conferences, workshops and talks that can prepare me to be a better tutor. Tutoring is a great way to help somebody in need.

As an engineering student, I had the privilege to do a lot of topics regarding this subject as well as getting a distinction in high school. I did a lot of calculus( derivatives, integrals, polar systems, vector functions etc.)

I tend to understand the work and have the ability to teach it or convey the message in a way that a young child understands... This leads to growth in knowledge and confidence in the work. Maths needs alot of time to ace

I completed matric with 90% in mathematics. This is my favourite subject and I have still got some really good matric and grade 11 math resources. I love teaching maths and I think that maths is something you need to be taught in many different ways to understand it.

I currently specialise in Mathematics in Primary School and will be able to put in my expertise from currently teaching at a school with working with students to achieve their goals and breaking maths down for them to make it easier and understanding it easier.

I am able to teach a logical approach to questions. Direction on which formulae or properties to use in a question. I have the background of Cambridge AS and my University Mathematics. I am also able to teach how best to approach exam papers and make the most time given. Again it will depend on the area the student is having difficulties with.

I'm the best tutor for this subject/module because when I teach mathematics I always start with the basics of the subject/module because I know that is fundamental to a clear understanding of the subject/module as a whole and the relevant topics within

Math can cause a lot of trouble in some kid’s life because it doesn’t come as easy as to others. But I want to take that troubles away and make math seem okay. Math doesn’t need to be or become something you ever have to struggle with when you learn te basics.

I have achieved excellent academic results on the subject and have three years of experience tutoring it. I've learnt numerous methods and techniques used to solve analytical questions whilst playing around with numbers that would make this subject a breeze to you as it has become to myself.
