Trigonometry tutors in Pretoria

I have been a Mathematics tutor since 2015. I have achieved a mark of 81% for Pure Mathematics when I completed my AS-Levels. I also achieved a mark of 93% and 83% for WTW 158 and WTW 164 respectively. These are two first-year Calculus modules which also included trigonometry.

I make sure the person I'm helping understands the basics then I take everything from there 1 step at a time. I'm very patient as Maths sometimes takes sometime for other people to understand. I'm very polite and approachable.

I covered nine different modules during my Maths A-Levels. Four core modules, a Further Pure Maths module, Statistics 1 and 2, Mechanics 1 and Decision making Maths. I got distinctions in every module a part from Statistics 1 and 2. Maths is my best subject, and something I grasp easily.

Being placed into the top maths class for Cambridge students at St Charles College gave me the access to an incredible mathematics teacher, one who was especially good at trigonometry. I grasped the concept quickly and was able to view problems from many different aspects.

I am currently Finishing my Masters degree in Mechanical engineering, thus I have a very good mathematical background with an average of 83% for all my tertiary mathematics subjects and an average of 96% for my NSC matric mathematics.

I have made use of trigonometry through out my career at the University of Pretoria and have always found trigonometry to be a joy to learn and teach. In high school I excelled in the section of mathematics and hope to help others do as well.

I am an Electronic Engineer. My current work deals with the underlying concepts on a daily basis. I completed my degreeat the University of Pretoria. I also have a few years teaching experience (primary school, high school and univeristy level) as well as being an assistant lecturer at the university.

I was first in my grade for maths in high school, Trig is of the subjects that I have a special passion for and still use on a daily bases in my studies. I love helping people understand and enjoy it too.

My passion and enthusiasm for Mathematics supersede all other possible reasons for choosing to be a tutor of this subject. My patient demeanor and diligence ensure adaptation of my tutoring techniques to the individual needs and tempo of every student. Trigonometry is a subject in Mathematics that I had mastered exceptionally well in high school and I still apply it today in my University course. As someone who is very passionate about all things Math, Trigonometry is no different. I have been teaching Trigonometry for 3 years and have gotten great feedback from learners pertaining to how well they understood the concept due to my great communication skills. I help learners understand the concept with illustrative diagrams and simple explanations on how trigonometric parameters interact with one another. These diagrams help student visualize how trigonometry relates to geometry and how it is applied in the real world. This makes me a brilliant tutor for this subject and it has been proven to very helpful.
