I have a BA Honors degree in Psychology. I am currently in the process of completing my Masters degree in Psychology. I am thus highly qualified to teach any psychology modules. I passed both degrees with good marks.

I am curently studying Medical orthotics and prosthetics. I have a deep interest in Human Anatomy and Psychology.

I am a very easy person to get along with. I am enthusiastic, and try help as much as I can. I am well presented and take responsibilities seriously. I am a student at Stellenbosch University doing a triple major in Psychology, Industiral Psychology and Sociolgy. I am a keen sportsman, and enjoy being fit.

I am currently a fourth year medical student, but I already have two other degrees as well. With six years of tutoring experience under my belt, I am confident that I can successfully communicate key concepts to pupils. There is no greater pleasure than to see the smile on a pupil's face when they get their progress report and it is better than the last one.

I am a second year Psychology student at the University of Pretoria; I also take English and History as my two other subjects. I would love to be able to help either first year Psychology students (I received a distinction for the year and scored in the 90th percentile for the Biological Psychology section of first year, so I believe I am competent and can be of help), or to help with English, Biology or History students on a high-school level. Biology was my favourite subject in high-school, and I still have all of my Grade 11 and 12 notes. I can also help with first year Criminology and History students at a University level; I did very well in both of these subjects in my first year and still have all of my notes and textbooks (my academic record is attached in my profile under "Documents"). I am also an avid reader and "English nerd", and so can easily spend hours discussing literature and helping with essay writing, something which is vital for Matric and university English studies. I thoroughly enjoy helping others, and have helped my friends to study for exams on many occasions - I truly believe that once you crack a good study method that works for you, the sky is the limit! My other interests include dogs, DIY and crafts, cooking and being a bit of a nerd in general.

I am a 26 year-old student, currently completing my Honours degree in Psychology at UNISA. I obtained my Ba degree (with majors in Psychology and Criminology) at the University of Pretoria. Some modules for my undergraduate degree included: Educational Psychology; Social Work; Child and Adolescent Development as well as Adult Development. Based on my knowledge including both subject content and; in particular learning methods, I am able to tutor pupils and students in a variety of subjects in a manner that 1) maximizes their potential by making use of individually tailored strategies and study plans; 2) boosts self-confidence and; 3) minimizes test and exam anxiety. Some of my interests include art, dance, music and reading.

I have been in the academic field for 22 years. I started working as a teaching assistant, student lab assistant, subject tutor and lecturer since 1997. I have a master's degree in information science and currently am pursuing an undergraduate degree in forensic science. I have a keen eye for detail and is highly efficient in organising and presenting information in a user-friendly format so that the student will understand the material better. I have a strong work ethic and believe that a good education is the foundation of our future in the information society. I am innovative in my thinking, patient when teaching and open to new ideas and methods. I believe in making learning fun and inspiring by nurturing curiosity, guide attempts at understanding and to provide an environment for exploration and asking questions. I also believe that everyone has unique and special gifts that can contribute to the building and sustaining of a productive and efficient work force. I love to learn new and exciting things, be able to share those things and to always be curious about the world we live in. I like to read as much as I can about a variety of topics.
