I love teaching people languages. growing up I had a teacher who taught me how to love education and the process of getting educated. I then learnt from her how to be a good teacher. I love teaching other people and making a difference in the society.

Walter is a very enthusiastic hardworking teacher, tutor and trainer. I enjoy what I do because I like working with people of different age groups and personalities. I have extensive experience in tutoring the English subject as I have tutored multiple students. I obtained a 77% in English on matric certificate in 2014. I have a strong passion for the language and I strive to enhance my vocabulary on a daily basis as my current role requires that I write reports and present to experienced investment professionals. Therefore, not only did I pass English well in matric but I still use what I have learnt on a daily basis to communicate effectively.

Having had a tutors myself help me get through the English language in Primary School is the main reason I’d be the best person to tutor this subject because I know from first-hand experience what a huge imapact it makes on having the correct tutor to help you master this language. English doesn’t have to be difficult if taught correctly and with patience. I aim to help your child reach new and better levels in their journey with the English Language.

I have 10 years experience teaching English as a First and Home Language. I have 6 years experience as the subject head of languages: moderating assessments and examination papers. I have completed various courses and training to keep up to date with changes in the system. I have been Head of Department of Educational Guidance for 2 years.

I have achieved distinctions and awards for best academic performance in English. I also achieved the highest mark for Afrikaans. I am passionate about languages and sub categories such as poetry and the analysis thereof. I love teaching and I am very pedantic when it comes to grammar. I also read a lot and I like narrating.
