Hi! I'm a young, energetic qualified teacher with four years of high school teaching experience who love to work with learners. I've got a B. Ed degree as well as my honours in teaching Mathematics and Physical Science in both English and Afrikaans. I also did a TELF-course, so I can teach English as a foreign language for elementary students to upper intermediate phase. I believe that students only reach their full potential when the teacher can create an atmosphere where optimal learning can take place. I'm a strict, yet loving and caring teacher who'd love to help your reach that potential.

I have just finished my joint honours degree in French and English Literature with distinction at Wits University. Studying has been one of the greatest joys of my life and I would be so excited to help anyone else on their journey. I have always had a love for the arts and my passion lies in languages and literature. That being said, I love the security that comes from numbers and sequences. So I can help you in any aspect of your studies! I received distinctions for Life Orientation, Mathematics, English, Zulu, French, Drama and History in matric and also passed AP Maths and AP English. I have private tutoring experience and really believe I can help you, whether it be with a subject you really struggle with or you just need some extra support to get that 80%!

I believe anyone can learn the things they want to be skilled in. With patience and perseverance even the most difficult subject can be understood. I've been working in the finance industry for almost 10 years, this has taught me to focus on tasks at hand, plan ahead and manage the time available so that I can get all my tasks done. Hi there! My name is Tarryn Harding, and I am currently working as a part-time English teacher at a private school in Linden, Johannesburg. In addition to this, I am studying towards my PGCE at Wits; prior to this, I completed my Masters in Philosophy (Canada) and my BSocSci (Hons) at UCT. I have experience tutoring grades 7 - 12, in English, AP English, maths, AP maths French, history, Afrikaans, and biology. I have also tutored psychology and philosophy at a university level (both abroad and in South Africa). I have extensive experience with the online learning platform Zoom, as well as Google classroom.

Hi, My name is Winnie. I completed my Matric in 2012 , I’m 25 years old, I studied at Witwatersrand university and graduated in 2017, I studied Metallurgical and Materials engineering. I am currently working as an engineer where I apply everything I’ve learned in the past 17 years of my education, I mostly enjoy tutoring Mathematics and Physical sciences , I’ve tutored matric students before in preparation of their Trial exams and achieved an improvement in their marks as compared to June exam marks, I am always willing to help and I get much joy from seeing people growing mentally and academically.
