I am a motivated individual who has a passion for children and their development needs. A strong work ethic is essential, and I firmly believe that who you are, should reflect on what you do. To grow and provide value in one’s job and personal environment, one should be dynamic and therefore I believe one should be willing to change and develop constantly. To me, life-long learning and consistent training are essential to the holistic development of a human being. My interpersonal-skills are well-developed and I am able to engage with diverse groups or individuals. I understand the value of building strong relationships with parents, students and colleagues. Along with my studies, I have completed the following courses: TEFL, CPR, First Aid. As a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, I will push to meet deadlines and work at solving obstacles that may occur. Furthermore, I believe that my academic and educational background along with sport and specific my cycling career, in general, gave me the experience dealing with the various sponsors, competitors and promotors that all add value to my knowledge.
