I’m a final year education student. I’m specializing in the Senior and FET phases, with English and Geography as my main teaching subjects. I’m described as a kind, down to earth person who loves working with children. I’m also studying psychology to be more effective in my teaching. I go the extra mile and love to see everyone reaching the “AHA!” moment.

I am a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in coordinating, supporting and managing finance related operations. I am currently serving as a Regional Finance Associate for the United Nations Population Fund and responsible for supporting the sound financial administration and management of UNFPA financial policies and procedures in six countries in the Southern Africa Region. I am directly accountable to the Regional International Operations Manager (IOM) and work as part of the Regional Office Team in close collaboration with the Regional Finance Specialist. I have experienced of working in United Nations agencies, International non-profit organization and the public sector and have used Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems that includes but not limited, Pastel, Oracle and Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). I have advanced Excel spreadsheet skill such as creating pivot tables and charts & chart analysis I am highly organised and versatile with Accounting and Financial Management skills spanning over 9 years experience in developing budgets, forecasting and planning, preparing financial reports, and variance analysis. I am results driven with superior motivational skills and ability to work collaboratively. I have proven ability to efficiently prioritise, consistently meet deadlines and effectively evaluate problems and generate solutions. I am skilled in Cash Flow Management, Management Accounting, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Analytical Skills, Fixed Assets Management, Tax, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Multi-currency reporting, Contracts Management and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Teaching has always been my passion ever since I was young, I love working with and helping people. I am a photographer, musician and a model. I’m looking forward to creating fruitful relationships through tutoring.

As a 2nd year student of Computer Science as well as having worked with computers as a hobby since a young age I have a intuitive knowledge and appreciation for the fundamentals of computing as a discipline. I love the idea of sharing that passion with youth that are curious to delve into the world of hardware, software and the theory that glues it all together. I want to allow students to look at the information systems that define our generation with a curious and knowledgeable perspective. Computer science should be fun and mind feeding.

I have completed my undergraduate degree where I majored in Biochemistry, Chemistry and Microbiology. I also completed my Biochemistry Honours degree with a specialised project which focussed on HIV/TB Co-infection metabolomics in the health industry. I currently hold more than an Honours degree, as during my varsity years I have gained more than two years’ experience in working in a chemistry and biochemistry laboratory as a student assistant assessing, assisting, preparing, invigilating and facilitating students during their practical sessions. I have a facilitator background of which I helped lectures with "extra classes" for students who needed them, assisted with marking tests and exam papers as well. I can tutor in both Afrikaans and English, not just basics but in-depth of any concept of mathematics, biology, chemistry and biochemistry. With that being said, as someone who thrives on order, it makes thorough planning a vital part of my everyday life which is needed for conducting administration assessments. Ensuring that new requirements are incorporated into strategic administration management plans, which requires very strong intuitive and proactive skills as well as attention-to-detail, I have cultivated the abovementioned characteristics throughout my work experiences.

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 3 years post-articles experience working for an investment bank. I am also a CFA Charterholder. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting with distinction from UCT, and was in the top 20 of my honours year.

I am a organized law student at the University of Pretoria. I have a Bachelors degree in Politics and Governance and Law from the University of Cape Town. I am a very patient and compassionate person who loves to work with children. I am an experienced au pair and often babysit for my aunts and my brother. Children love doing activities with me and I love learning about the world through their eyes! I am an avid swimmer and tennis player. I am also an certified learn-to-swim instructor.

I am a current 4th Year Medical Student at the University of the Witwatersand. I enjoy learning about about the world around us and how processes work, as well as passing that knowledge onto others. I try to break principles down in order to help learning. I feel understanding concepts, and applying them in situations like past papers, helps learning, and goes much further than brute memorization. I matriculated with 10 distinctions in 2016, before being accepted to study medicine at various Universities, including UCT and Wits. I was awarded the H.S. Ebrahim Memorial Medal for Physiology and Medical Biochemistry, given to the top Medical student in Physiology, as well as the Laurie and Flossie Adler Award for Haematology, given to the top student in Molecular Medicine. I have tutored various students privately, as well as for the Wits Office of Student Success (OSS).

I am a mechanical engineering graduate with proficiencies in Maths, Physics, Software and Mechanics, with a passion for writing and love for literature to complement my theoretical knowledge. I graduated with a BSc in mechanical engineering in 2019, gaining exposure to fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, statics and dynamics, solids and software such C++, MatLab, Octave and Python, as well as CAD and FEA Software. The highlight of my university career was winning the WEIR Minerals Award for Best Design Report. In high school, I achieved distinctions for English, Maths, Life Orientation and Accounting Sciences, with an 80% average overall and over 70% for physical sciences, biology, Afrikaans and Maths Paper 3. I achieved full colours for First Aid, the School Newspaper, Drama and Academics, in addition to taking part in public speaking. In my spare time I am a massive film buff.

I’m a hardworking student that studies BSc Quantitative Risk Management at the North West University. I have a passion for mathematics and helping kids reach their maximum potential within the subject. I’m very kind and friendly and always give my everything in order to help kids perform.
