I am a mechanical engineering graduate with proficiencies in Maths, Physics, Software and Mechanics, with a passion for writing and love for literature to complement my theoretical knowledge. I graduated with a BSc in mechanical engineering in 2019, gaining exposure to fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, statics and dynamics, solids and software such C++, MatLab, Octave and Python, as well as CAD and FEA Software. The highlight of my university career was winning the WEIR Minerals Award for Best Design Report. In high school, I achieved distinctions for English, Maths, Life Orientation and Accounting Sciences, with an 80% average overall and over 70% for physical sciences, biology, Afrikaans and Maths Paper 3. I achieved full colours for First Aid, the School Newspaper, Drama and Academics, in addition to taking part in public speaking. In my spare time I am a massive film buff.
