Hi there! My greatest passion in life is helping others. I have experienced great success at school due to amazing and unforgettable tutors. Unfortunately, I only got a tutor in my Matric year and I was not admitted for Medicine with my grade 11 results even though my marks went up drastically thanks to my tutor. I am now studying a Science degree in the meantime and then will move over to Medicine later. This is the foundation of my commitment to helping out my students, whatever their abilities may be so that they can reach their goals on time. I am a patient tutor and very organised. My students will not have to wonder what we will be doing because they will each have a schedule best suited for their needs according to which we will be working. I am flexible as well and I am available after hours to answer any burning questions or provide further assistance as sessions might be overloaded with information. However, my students will receive a pdf of my handwritten or typed notes covering what we have done in that session along with extra optional practice examples. We are in it to win it, together!

I have been working as a Statistics lecturer for over 15 years. I started as a tutor in 2005 and I got a lecturing post in 2008 at Sefako Makgatho university. I am passionate about learning new skills and I have completed a number of statistical training courses. I have a masters degree in Statistics and studying PhD in Biostatistics part time at University of Witwatersrand. I have taught both large groups of about 400 students and small groups of 70 students. With my knowledge and experience, I am eager to make full use of it.

Hello everyone! I'm Alex and I am currently a medical student at wits university. I am an avid cellist and love football, so academics were never a huge part of my life before I decided I wanted to become a doctor. At the time, I never thought I would be able to get the marks I needed to apply, but with a bit of hard -mostly smart- work, I was able to get in while keeping a healthy balance and continuing my music and football. Anyone can achieve what they set their mind to with the right guidance and approach, one I hope I can help people to find.

I am an online ESL teacher. I have been teaching English online to students from various countries. I have a 120 hours TEFL certificate. I do have experience in teaching Geography. I have a Bachelors degree in Environmental Management and recently I just completed my BScHons in Environmental Management. On the weekends I tutor Geography to matriculants . Hi There , I am passionate about education and to assist young and adult learners to excel in English as a foreign or as a second language. My career started in 1987 when I completed my Higher Education Diploma , followed by a B.ED. in 1992 . I taught for 4 years after which I pursued a career in business. The corona virus pandemic brought along a great deal of uncertainty for all of us . I therefore decided to study the TEFL Advanced Level 5 Course together with One to One and Online teaching modules in 2020.
