Literature can be confusing especially when you have to write essays and synthesise information from the text. I enjoy analyzing text and encouraging students to make meaning of the text in order to improve their essay writing and contextual writing. Books such as Othello, Macbeth etcetera can be a little confusing but with the right guidance, one could score great marks without having to stress.

I graduated matric top of my class in English FAL. I have always done well in lingustics and subjects English related from primary to high school. I have also received a certificate for excellent performance in lingustic subject, Modern Greek (first year) in university.

I am a published poet, writer and editor so I'm very skilled in close reading and helping students who struggle with writing essays. I excelled in English all through high school and completed upper level English courses with distinction in university.

I love literature. I love reading and I love writing. In particular I love seeing how authors weave their words into something that you can only see if you're looking for it. I love the way people can take words and create entire worlds out of them, and how these worlds can be so engaging that people get lost in them for days. I love literature and I'm hoping that I will be able to get you to love it too.

I have completed my LTCL teaching diploma in English language and drama as well as currently doing my degree in linguistics and journalism which gives me an in depth knowledge into the English Language.

I have read comprehensively and am very well versed in explaining concepts and interpretations in a clear manner . I believe that I understand literature, some of which does go back to my own formal education, but largely also due to simply having an interest in the subject. I have fairly large collection of books of my own, covering all manner of genres

Good foundation on primary subjects. Languages and theory subjects as well. Prior experience from teaching abroad, as I have a hobby for teaching and enjoy the environment. We use good study methods as well as a follow up programme to ensure students stay up to track.

I have participated in multiple English Olympiads, achieving either Silver or Gold levels. I also achieved high marks in my matric results for the subject and have completed an Arts and Humanities course at university.

I am an accredited English teacher with a TEFL certificate coupled with extensive experience in teaching English as a second language or as a foreign language. I have been teaching this language for more than 4 years and have gained much experience in teaching students from as young as 6 years old up to adults who are in their forties. English is also a very fun language to teach and is very beneficial in the life of the student especially if they would want to travel the world or communicate with other people that cannot understand their mother language. As a life coach with experience in teaching and training, I developed a comprehensive skill set that I believe will prove beneficial in this role. The skills include hands-on experience in teaching and coaching, ability to teach individuals from different age groups and in-depth knowledge of teaching English. I believe the most effective way to learn English is through conversations with a tutor who guides students in lessons that are fun and interesting at the same time offering feedback when required
