During my high-school career I developed a passion for English literature, mainly due to my amazing English teacher, and since then I have loved everything about English Literature and what it has to offer. I am able to offer my services regarding poetry, classic literature, books and essays. I also hope to help others love and develop a passion for English Literature as I have.

Trigonometry requires a deep understanding and simply put a lot of practice in order to succeed in it. I am able to help those struggling with it by being patient, understanding and offering a variety of ways to make it a bit easier for the student.

Mathematics was always one of my favourite subjects in high-school, mainly because of the fantastic teacher I had. He was always patient with me and helped me out in any way possible. I would love to keep his memory alive by practising the same things with other students. By working at the pace of the student and improving their mathematical abilities I hope to achieve the above.

Being a fourth year medical student with a degree in Bachelor of Health Sciences in Biomedical Sciences majored in Molecular Medicine I have a wide range of knowledge and skills that will enable the student to do well in the subject and hopefully develop a passion for it too.

Vocabulary is very important in the English language (as well as other languages). In order to have conversations with others one must know the correct grammar, vocabulary and spelling as well as how and when to use certain words in a conversation. I am very understanding and patient towards students with this regard.

Writing anything in todays world is highly important as almost every career choice requires a generally good knowledge of essays, letters and research. I have taken part in 2 research projects and have written countless essays throughout my high-school and university career. I have also had a poem I wrote in primary/high school published in a Poetry book.

Many people struggle with reading, especially reading out loud. I was one of these people. I had a lisp that prevented me from reading out loud and performing speeches. But I have since learned to overcome the fear of embarrassment and fear of failure and have succeeded tremendously in my reading abilities.

Being the Top student for English in Matric and having a passion for the language and the literature has given me the opportunity to hopefully teach others about it and all it has to offer. And maybe even allowing a passion for the language to develop with a student.

I have always had a passion to help others in life, hence my reason for choosing the medical field, especially those who are unable to help themselves completely. Being a medical student Physiology was one of my main subjects in my second year and throughout the medical degree you need knowledge of Physiology in order to examine and treat patients. I offer a basic knowledge of Physiology as well as a more advanced knowledge for those requiring it.

Being a medical student the knowledge of Human biology is always needed. You need to know how the body works, what makes it work and what doesn't, what could go wrong and why and how to treat it if it does go wrong. I have a wide range of knowledge covering many topics within Human Biology and am able to offer a basic and advanced knowledge of the subject.

Primary school being the foundation phase of ones school career is very important as it will determine the level of their high-school career. Helping students achieve all the basics in primary school is of great significance to me because these are the individuals of the future and need to have a good knowledge of the world and what it has to offer.

For the entire English subject (language and literature) I was Top student in Matric/grade 12 and developed a strong passion for the English language. It has always been a goal of mine to help others improve their English skills, pass the subject and develop a passion for it as well.

I was the Top student for English in matric and I owe it to my amazing English teacher who not only helped me develop a passion for both the language and the literature but never gave up on me.
