I did Maths A-Levels through the Cambridge system at school and I have been studying Accounting for the past 4 years, thus I practice Maths every day. I have a broad understanding of Mathematics and can teach it at a basic level that is easily understandable.

I have a love for all things mathematical and have been known to 'infect' others with the same passion for math. I understand that there is a misunderstanding about the subject and am fully confident that I will manage to get every student to not only fall in love with the subject but excel in it.

It is because I do not presume it as a difficult subject I have many awards and I passed with a distinction in Grade 12. And I enjoy teaching it. I always aim and grant my students a opportunity in achieving more than 85%

Maths is second nature for me, so let me make it for you less about learning and more about understanding. Maths was my best subject in High School. It can be yours too.

I struggled with maths during my early years. Because of this, my desire to improve forced me to truly understand not only the concepts of mathematics but the way it is learned. I did pure maths in high school and matriculated with an A aggregate as well as scoring 2 A's for both mathematics NBT's. Given my experience with learning and understanding maths, as well as my previous history in tutoring mathematical literacy, I am confident that I can bring you from where you are to where you want to be in your understanding and mastery of mathematical literacy.

I have mastered tutoring Mathematics over the years with more understanding of the concepts. No better teacher than experience, over the years I have been refreshing my knowledge from high school and university. One thing that worked on my advantage in my refresher was tutoring primary school maths as basics are everything! Mathematics Literacy is easier to understand and transfer the knowledge when you are a Pure Maths person. I master it!

I have been a high school teacher for 3 years, teaching Mathematics Literacy from Grade 10 - 12. I have a good track record. I can easily adopt my teaching techniques, so that that the learner or student can benefit and get the most out of the session.

I have an extensive university knowledge of mathematics as well as a BSc degree in Chemical Biology. I've been tutoring maths for 7 years and this makes me an experienced tutor not only with the work itself but because I've dealt with many students, I'm able to accommodate each student's individual personality and needs. I'm approachable and friendly and students respond well to my encouragement and guidance on how to do well. I ask lots of questions and give many examples to ensure that students have a firm grip on the subjects they struggle with. I and very passionate about teaching and enjoy helping students reach their aha moment.

I used to take Pure Maths in high school and did fairly well but eventually went on to Mathematical Literacy so I have a lot of experience with the subject. I also did extremely well in my matric finals with 91%. I'm a fast-thinker, easy problem-solver and love helping students to conquer the subject.

I have a passion for mathematics and excelled at mathematics at school, partly due to my practical understanding of the subject. I am patient and will explain in as many ways possible for you to grasp each concept of the subject.
