I used to take Pure Maths in high school and did fairly well but eventually went on to Mathematical Literacy so I have a lot of experience with the subject. I also did extremely well in my matric finals with 91%. I'm a fast-thinker, easy problem-solver and love helping students to conquer the subject.

Since I grew up in a mostly Afrikaans area, I am accustomed to speaking it daily. I had Afrikaans teachers and friends so am fluent in the language. It was also one of my best subjects in high school with 86% for my matric final.

I loved English Literature in high school, it was the part of English I was most passionate about. I've also chosen it as my major at the University of Cape Town. I love analysing pieces of literature and studying them on an academic level.
