I began tutoring Tuks students in 2011 while completing my teaching degree for English at Tuks. I have extensive experience in tutoring high school kids to varsity students to editing essays or a thesis. I am a 19 year old BCom Marketing student from South Africa. I am half Portuguese and half South African thus, I have been exposed to multiple languages throughout my lifetime. I grew up travelling a lot as majority of my family live in Europe and the US, which has exposed me to a large range of cultures and languages. I have worked for a year in Germany looking after a young German boy and teaching him English as well. Thus, I have experience with teaching people English who speak a foreign mother tongue.
