I achieved A+ in my a levels, 84 (first class) during my first year and 67 during my second year at university level. I believe that I am capable of explaining complicated and confusing problems to students because I took Advanced Programme Mathematics in High School and chose to learn the Statistics syllabus. I did well in my final Grade 12 exam, I then continued with statistics in the University of Pretoria for first year first semester. I found the module fairly simple and I achieved 97 for my final module. I believe that I will be able to explain to many students because I have noticed that I use different methods to what teachers use and have helped me understand the work a lot better. I have found many shortcuts to easily study the subject.

I have completed university level courses in both pure and applied statistics. The foundation of my current research is statistical. I have a great passion for statistics and it's uses.

Having achieved exceptional result for my statistics courses at university I am more than capable of teaching others. I fully and clearly understand the basis of statistics and can thus teach the subject effectively and expand to the more intricate facets of the subjects easily.

Firstly, I enjoy this subject and feel it is vital to know and understand, so it can be used in future for research projects and even at work. I also achieved a distinction in my Bsc and enjoy using statistics functions on Excel
