I am an education student, I am currently in my third year. I love helping students understand Afrikaans, as it can be a difficult language at times. I have a passion for working with students and the Afrikaans Subject is dear to me.

I have experience as a private tutor for grade 11 and 12 Physics and Mathematics. I was the Dux Scholar at St Mary's School Waverly from grade 8 to grade 12 and I won the Faculty of Humanities Silver Proxime Accessit Medal at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2019 on the completion of my Bachelor of Arts. I also won prizes for Psychology and English in which I majored. I also did first year Mathematics and Physics and first and second year Philosophy. I can tutor high school Mathematics, English, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, History, AP Mathematics, and AP English as well as undergraduate English and Psychology. I can also provide help with academic writing.

I have worked as an academic editor since 2013. I have extensive experience coaching students in academic writing, including at the postgraduate level. I also worked as a trainer in adult education, teaching business and computer skills, numeracy and literacy. I am a final year student at the University of Pretoria, studying Bsc Applied Maths with Physics and Chemistry as my electives. I have always wanted to become a teacher and have a passion for helping others understand better. I have tutored secondary school students before. I'm currently working as a Civil Engineer at an engineering consulting firm in Sandton. I'm passionate about God and about people. Been tutoring from high school (Hoerskool Sarel Cilliers) and university (University of Pretoria). From my experience I've learnt that academic success is not so much about knowing but understanding. Hello there! I am a 21 year old Industrial Engineering Student in my 3rd year of studying. I am punctual and a thorough explainer. I tutored quite a bit of maths when I was still in high school.
