I understand the stuggles that students go through when studying and not able to understand a concept due to poor teaching efforts and lack of attention given and I would love to assist in anyway possible. my motto in life is nothing is difficult it's just unknown. My name is Pieter. I have studied Engineering. Engineers use mathematics as a set of tools. Each mathematical module from the most simple to the most complex is a tool to perform a certain function. You don't need all the tools at first. But as you learn different modules and become familiar with more mathematical rules and principles the tools you will have at your disposal will increase. Mathematics is always growing. As we encounter problems we cannot solve with our current tools we learn more about the tools out there and when we can identify what tool we need we can study that tool. In 1665 Isaac Newton did not have the tools he needed to solve his problem. He could not explain certain problems like the rate of change in velocity of a falling object. Isaac Newton built a mathematical tool by himself. Today that tool is called calculus. Calculus helped to make the modern world possible. All engineers learn this useful tool and can solve all the problems that Isaac Newton struggled with and more. My wish is for my students to learn what tools are out there. To learn how to use tools and maybe if we are really, really lucky discover some tools that everyone can use to solve their problems.

Hello, my name is Emma. I am a teacher from Paarl. I really love being a teacher and helping kids from all ages improve their school work. I believe learning should be fun. Little kids learn best by playing games and working practically. I have a big love for teaching phonics and reading.

I am currently a third-year Bcom Management Sciences student at Stellenbosch University. I was an honour roll student through my entire school career and I believe I can help others achieve academic success as well. I graduated matric with an 84% average with my subjects being Afrikaans Home Language, English First Additional Language, Maths, Life Sciences, Consumer Studies and Accounting. I am very good with numbers and had Statistics and Interest Accounting as subjects in my first year of university, Financial Accounting in my first and second, and Financial Management in my second and third (current) year. I have a younger brother in school whom I regularly assist with school subjects and can tell from this experience that I am competent to help anyone with their academics. I believe I can achieve these outcomes through passing on my fun, easy and helpful studying methods so that students can learn more from me than just the content I am tutoring them in. So that they acquire tips and skills that they can use for the rest of their lives in all aspects that might be of relevance.

Hi there! My name is Cassidy Bennitt and I am 26 years old. I am currently a teacher to a class of 'littlies' (Grade R). I am a fully qualified teacher and completed my Bachelor of Education Degree (Foundation Phase) in 2017. I have been in the teaching field for a long time and have gained a fair share of experience in both Pre-Primary and Primary School. My aim is to help young learners who are needing a bit of extra practice or consolidation in various subjects.
