I have chosen to major with this subject in my degree and have come to enjoy the subject due to having such deeper understanding of it. I also look for different ways to help each individual as everyone is not the same. So we can see what works best and then run with it.

Biology was my favorite subject in high school. I obtained an average of 96% at the end of grade 11, and 87% at the end of matric. While biology requires a lot of rote learning, I like to think that being able to understand the subject matter makes it easier to learn. Biology is also one of my university subjects and I have done biochemistry, cytology, genetics and evolution in detail so far. I have obtained a distinction for biology in first semester. I love this subject and can hopefully make it slightly less boring. The grade 11 setwork of the human body was my favorite, so if you’re struggling with that I am the perfect person to ask for help!

I can help students here with the conceptual understanding of the concepts and definitions and how they come in to tie together to form the holistic picture. Then, I'll further help the students with answering questions. But here I believe the most important step is to understand the definitions, then then that will help with the answering part and ingraining the knowledge.

I am currently studying for a BSc in Molecular Biology and BIotechnology, so i am still very much interested in biology and my passion for it grows each day. I have experience in tutoring peers in biology in High School as well as currently in University.

I have a great knowledge of biology and have spent many years assisting my classmates with the subject. I am passionate about biology and have a deep understanding of the concepts. Most importantly I am able to express concepts using different ideas and able to communicate my understanding to others.

Science as a subject is very interesting. I had both Science and Biology as subjects in High School and really found myself excelling in Biology. I was amazed and interested from the very moment I opened my grade 8 textbook, there is just something great about learning how everything works together and functions. I really feel I can help students learn and love this subject.

I have a passion for Biology and thoroughly enjoyed learning it throughout highschool. I matriculated with an 88% average for Biology and almost went to university for Genetics. I also have 3 years of experience tutoring this subject with highschool students, some of whom, still contact me for help to this day. I have always had a great interest and passion for biology. I obtained my BSc degree in Biological Sciences (Majors: Physiology and Microbiology) and Masters degree in Environmental Science at the North-West University. My current Doctoral studies are focussed on effects emerging contaminants in water environments have on biological life. A grate understanding of Biology is thus a big part of my daily work. In my 8 years experience I have learnt how to communicate complex concepts in simple ways so my audiance members can understand new findings in presentations, scientific papers and classes.

I am passionate about biology. I have completed High School Biology and University first year level biology so far. Biology is ons of life's biggest miracles and I would love to teach this subject as it is one of my biggest interests.
